Grupo Sierra del Mar is known for its careful planning, fine Mexican designs, and high-quality construction. It was awarded the "Cemex Construction Prize" for its landmark project Sierra del Mar, Privileged Residential Community, a unique residential park nestled in the subtropical forest above Playas Gemelas.
Subsequently, they developed Sierra del Mar Los Arcos, an exclusive gated oceanfront community near the iconic isles "Los Arcos de Mismaloya". Xalli Los Arcos and XALLI CLUB is their most recent development, completed in 2023.

Details

Born in Mexico City in 1976, Eduardo began his culinary training in Girona, Spain, where he learned traditional and avant-garde techniques of European cuisine. After returning to Mexico and working with pioneering Mexican chefs such as Mónica Patiño and Patricia Quintana, Eduardo headed some of Mexico's top kitchens, including Casa Lamm, Four Seasons Punta Mita and the W Hotel Mexico City, becoming a leading figure in contemporary Mexican cuisine. Among his numerous accolades are winning first place in Nestlé's Mexico's National Creative Chef Contest in 2006 and the La Llave del Progreso award in 2008, and founded the non-profit emergency relief organization Chefs al Rescate. In 2010, he joined elgourmet.com, where his legacy continues to grow with various TV shows, such as Gourmet Responde, México en 44 Platos, and S.O.S Soluciones Prácticas. A new season of his show is coming in 2023.

Eduardo Osuna

Nació en 1976 y comenzó su formación culinaria en Girona, España, donde aprendió técnicas tradicionales y vanguardistas de la cocina europea. Después de trabajar con algunos de los mejores chefs de México como Mónica Patiño y Patricia Quintana, fue sous chef en Four Seasons Punta Mita y chef ejecutivo en el W Ciudad de México, convirtiéndose en uno de los referentes de la cocina contemporánea mexicana. Fundó la organización sin fines de lucro Chefs al Rescate. Entre sus numerosos reconocimientos se encuentran el primer lugar en el Concurso Nacional de Chef Creativo de Nestlé en 2006 y el premio La llave del Progreso en 2008. En 2010 se unió a elgourmet.com, donde sigue creciendo su legado a través de varios programas, como Gourmet Responde, México en 44 Platos y S.O.S Soluciones Prácticas. En 2023 se espera una nueva temporada de su programa.

Executive Chef

Ignacio Uribe

A native of Puerto Vallarta, Ignacio (Nacho) has a culinary career of over 30 years, working in several renowned restaurants in the United States and Mexico. Nacho is most well known for being the executive chef of Puerto Vallarta's iconic Daiquiri Dick's restaurant on Playa los Muertos. He has participated in numerous culinary events, such as the International Gourmet Festival in Puerto Vallarta, and the James Beard Foundation. Xalli Club and Amixtli restaurant are proud to have chef Uribe heading our exciting project.

Pierre Bonin

Pierre Bonin has 35 years of experience in the international tourism industry, leading major hotel projects and specializing in the field of food and beverage and budget control for AAA 5 Diamond hotels. Pierre has worked with important hotel chains including, Grupo Velas, Garza Blanca, Karisma, obtaining certifications from Leading hotels of the World 2009, AAA 5 Diamond, RCI Gold Crown, and Leading Spas of the World, among others. With Pierre's wealth of international experience, Xalli Club brings a new high-level experience to the south shore of Puerto Vallarta.
